TecnoSystemi 11104009 Open TH 125 electric air extractor with anti-insect net, equipped with timer and humidity sensor, with an air extraction capacity of 180 m³/h, ideal for the ventilation of small and medium-sized rooms.
The OPEN electric extractors, designed for wall and ceiling installation via fixing with hidden screws, are made of ABS and are equipped with a 7-blade fan.
These devices are available in 3 versions:
- OPEN > can be activated by switch;
- OPEN T > equipped with timer option (adjustable from 2 to 30 minutes);
- OPEN TH > equipped with a timer option (adjustable from 2 to 30 minutes) and a humidity sensor (adjustable from 60% to 90%).

To choose the appropriate extractor it is necessary to know the cubic meters of the room in which it will be installed. Subsequently, the volume (in cubic meters) must be multiplied four times which corresponds to the number of air changes recommended for each hour. The result, therefore, will coincide with the cubic meters of air per hour that the appliance must extract from the room.
Here is an example calculation:
Room size: 4 m x 2.5 m ⇒ 10 m²
Volume: 10 m² x 2.70 m high ⇒ 27 m³

The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
