Elettrodomex Srl guarantees the good quality of the products it sells and is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace free of charge in the shortest possible time those parts or products that prove to be defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or faults caused by inexperience or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or intended use, fortuitous events or force majeure.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for buyers and professional users). The time limit within which the product defect must be communicated from the moment it occurs is 2 months.

The guarantee will apply to products that present lack of conformity or failures that were not detected or verifiable at the time of purchase, provided that they have been used correctly and in compliance with their intended purpose and with the provisions of any technical documents. However, the guarantee will not be applied in the event of negligence and carelessness on the part of the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic modifications not prescribed by the manufacturer.

The lack of conformity can be found in the following 3 cases.

1. OPERATIONAL DEFECT
If the seller has guaranteed the proper functioning of the thing sold for a specified time, the buyer, unless otherwise agreed, must report the malfunction to the seller (art. 1512 of the civil code) within thirty days of discovery, under penalty of forfeiture.

2. MANUFACTURING DEFECT
In this case, the manufacturer is liable for placing a product on the market that differs from the standard adopted, or is defective because it escaped traditional quality controls.

3. DIFFORMITY OF THE GOODS
A product can be considered different from the description if: it is not suitable for the indicated use and for which products of the same type are usually used, it is not suitable for the particular use desired by the buyer, known and accepted by the seller, it does not comply with the description given by the seller, does not present the usual qualities and performances of a product of the same type or those indicated by the description.
