The customer may request the cancellation of the order not yet packed and Elettrodomex Srl will reserve the right to accept the cancellation of the same. The cancellation (in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 February 2014 published in the Official Gazette) must in any case be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods, even without giving reasons from the customer. Elettrodomex Srl reserves the right not to accept the cancellation itself if the goods had been expressly ordered from its supplier to fulfill the order in question.

1. WHO CAN REQUEST THE WITHDRAWAL?
The right of withdrawal is guaranteed and regulated in accordance with the law by articles 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 2005/206) and applies to customer-consumers (i.e. natural persons who purchase goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, therefore without VAT number indications) who have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

ATTENTION: customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

2. HOW TO REQUEST WITHDRAWAL
The return of goods to Elettrodomex Srl must be requested and possibly authorized in advance by contacting our offices, explaining the reasons for the request and quoting the invoice and/or transport document (DDT) references.
Before returning the goods, it is necessary to wait for the written authorization and the assignment of an appropriate return number. The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition, sent in the original packaging and sent carriage paid to our San Giuliano Milanese warehouse in via Monferrato 67, quoting the assigned return number on the document. The buyer must arrange for the return of the goods, at his expense, within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return. The refund will take place at the same time as the actual receipt of the goods. The use, even partial, of the purchased good automatically cancels the possibility of returning it.

We remind you that, in the event that the product was purchased by mistake or you choose to return it for another reason, our policies in this regard provide for the reimbursement of only the purchase price of the returned product, excluding shipping costs, incurred to receive the product. In the case of orders with free shipping costs, 3% of the amount will be deducted at a flat rate with a minimum of 8 euros. In order to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, we also remind you that the product must be returned in conditions of substantial integrity and that the shipping costs for returning the purchased item are charged to the customer (who can of course choose the method of shipping of your choice). If you are unsure of the compatibility of an accessory, for example, please do not damage the control support brackets and do not remove the display films. In order not to damage the original packaging, we advise you to check the compatibility with "flying" contacts and only after you have verified the correct functioning can you proceed with the wall installation and the removal of the films.

IMPORTANT: in the event of a return request for an incorrect, damaged or malfunctioning item, before returning the product to us, it is essential that you send us photos of the same in which the damage detected or the non-compliance with respect to the order is clearly evident. In this way, and only in this case, Elettrodomex Srl could also choose not to request the return of the item, proceeding directly to the full refund (product + shipping costs incurred during the purchase). In the event that you choose to send the defective product anyway without giving prior notification or without waiting for an opinion in this regard, the costs of returning the item will be borne exclusively by the customer.

3. ITEMS NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN
Some items cannot be returned when it comes to ad hoc handicrafts or products whose procurement is strictly linked to orders. For this reason ShopClima.it invites its customers to make sure before placing the order that the articles, belonging to the following categories, correspond perfectly to their needs.

For the aforementioned reasons, returns of material for the following types of items will not be accepted under any circumstances:

- AirZone Smart Vents (RINT);
- Grilles + Motorized Shutters (RDHV, RSDR, RSDV, RLC, RL0, RLQ);
- Square and Circular Motorized Diffusers (DFCU, DFCI);
- Motorized shutters (CPRR, CPCC, CPRC);
- Circular and Rectangular Overpressure Dampers (BYCI, BYRE, BYCO);
- Splitters for Flexible Hoses (MY);
- Plenum dinghies (MCC);
- Delivery vents (RTHV, RDHV, RLC);
- Recovery Grids (RSDV, RSDR, RTE, RRLG, RRFR);
- Linear vents (RL00, RLQ);
- Ceiling Diffusers (DQCI, DFCU, DFCI, DCPL, DCPI);
- Rotational diffusers (DRPL);
- Nozzles and Suction Valves (BOEX, TOBE2);
- Calibration Dampers (CREJ);
- Air Delivery Plenum in Expanded Polyurethane and Aluminum Profiles;
- Grid-holder boxes for Ducted Systems;
- Manifolds in Expanded Polyurethane for Air Distribution;
- Panasonic fan coils (it is also not possible to cancel the order for these items).
