Samsung's FJM (Free Joint Multi) series air/air direct expansion multisplit condensers in R32 gas, equipped with a heat pump and Twin Rotary compressor, achieve excellent seasonal efficiency values, achieving energy class A+++ in cooling and A++ in heating.
Samsung Cebu S2 wall air conditioners, which guarantee good air quality thanks to the Easy Filter Plus, are very quiet (19 dBA). These units are equipped with the following functions:
- AI Auto Cooling for automatic cooling set by Artificial Intelligence;
- AI Energy to maximize energy savings with the help of Artificial Intelligence;
- integrated Wi-Fi card to control remotely thanks to the SmartThings app or through voice control via Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa;

The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
