Pay when and how you want with PagoLight

1. WHAT IS PAGOLIGHT?
PagoLight is a service offered by Compass Banca SpA, shared by ShopClima, which allows the deferral of payment of the purchase price of goods sold on our e-store. Thanks to PagoLight, therefore, our customers will be able to divide the order amount into small monthly installments (up to 12), without additional costs up to a maximum amount of €5,000.

Payments in installments can be made even if a product for sale on our e-store is on offer: in this case customers who decide to use this payment method obtain an additional advantage.

The use of this payment method, i.e. the deferment and assignment of the credit corresponding to the purchase price, is conditioned by the outcome of the checks by Compass Banca SpA: Compass Banca SpA, in fact, has entered into an agreement with Elettrodomex srl for the assignment of credits.

ATTENTION: PagoLight is a service aimed at private customers only and therefore cannot be used by VAT holders.

2. WHAT ARE THE BENFITS FOR THE CUSTOMER?
There are numerous advantages for those who decide to use this service:

- Convenience. The division of the price of the goods into monthly installments is completely free and has no additional costs.
- Practicality. The process is carried out only and exclusively online with the electronic signature which occurs via an OTP code received on your smartphone.
- Speed. The evaluation for the transfer of credit takes place in real time.
- Discretion. To start the process, all you need is a credit card or a debit card or an IBAN, an identity document and a health card, while no income documents are necessary.
- Comfort. The payment of the monthly fees takes place through automatic debit directly to the credit card or debit card or current account.

3. HOW DO YOU PURCHASE WITH PAGOLIGHT?
Purchasing with PagoLight is very simple. Just follow the (general) instructions below:

- add the items to purchase to the cart and choose PagoLight as the payment method;
- select the number of installments without additional costs from those proposed;
- verify your identity;
- enter your credit card or debit card details (prepaid cards cannot be used);
- confirm the extension request and wait for the delivery of your purchases.


4. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO PURCHASE WITH PAGOLIGHT?
Before proceeding with the payment of the order with PagoLight it is necessary to prepare a credit card (with Visa or MasterCard circuit) or a debit card (prepaid cards are not accepted and the PostePay card does not guarantee the positive outcome of the financing). The credit card used must be enabled for online payments, with receipt of the verification code via SMS or via the bank's App, and must not be expiring (if the card expires in June 2024, the payment of the last installment must not take place beyond that date).

Other documents required include a photo of the back of your Health Card and a photo of your Identity Card or Passport. After that you will need a mobile number on which to receive the PIN to be entered during the payment procedure.

At the end of the request, the outcome of the procedure will be sent immediately.

ATTENTION: All the data entered must belong to a single applicant: the billing address must be the same as the holder of the credit card or debit card, the health card and the mobile number, while the shipping address can also be different.
