Pay in 3 installments with Klarna

Klarna's "Pay in 3 Installments" is a flexible payment service that allows you to split the total cost of your purchase into 3 convenient installments.

Those who choose to pay using this payment method are invited to shop responsibly: delaying or deferring payments may not always be the best method and therefore ShopClima invites its customers to read all the information necessary to make online purchases in total safety.

01. WHO CAN USE KLARNA?
All adult ShopClima customers deemed eligible by Klarna after income verification checks can use the "Pay in 3 instalments" payment method. These checks, visible only to the customer and Klarna, do not affect creditworthiness either at the time of the request or in the event of missed or delayed payment.

ATTENTION: Klarna is a service aimed at private customers only and therefore cannot be used by VAT holders.

02. WHEN CAN KLARNA BE USED?
Klarna's "Pay in 3 installments" payment method can be used for the purchase of goods whose total amount does not exceed the maximum limit of €3'000.

03. HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT WITH KLARNA?
Shopping with Klarna is very simple. Just follow the (general) instructions below:

- add the items to purchase to the cart and select "Pay in 3 installments with Klarna" as the payment method;
- enter your debit or credit card details;
- confirm your date of birth;
- confirm the extension request and wait for the delivery of your purchases.

04. HOW DOES THE INSTALLMENTS BE PAYMENTD?

Using the "Pay in 3 installments with Klarna" method, orders placed on ShopClima will be paid in 3 interest-free monthly installments: payment of the first installment will take place at the time of order confirmation at checkout while the subsequent 2 installments will be automatically debited (after 30 and 60 days) on the debit or credit card entered at the time of payment (Klarna will send a reminder before collecting each instalment).

If any of your scheduled payments fail, Klarna will attempt to collect the amount due again after 7 days and possibly issue an invoice for the full remaining amount. Finally, in the event of non-payment, Klarna will use a debt collection agency to collect the outstanding amount.

Failure to make payments within the set timeframes may make your Klarna payment option unusable later.

05. PROBLEMS USING KLARNA?
Klarna may refuse requests to use the service for 3 simple reasons:

- the fields required on the payment page, at checkout, have not been filled in correctly;
- Klarna may not have been able to verify your details using the billing address you provided (please ensure your billing address is the same as the one your payment card is registered to);
- there may be pending payments on previous purchases made with Klarna.

It may also be the case that Klarna may only show the "Pay now" method for customers who are not granted "Pay in 3 instalments" or that "Pay in 3 instalments" are granted with a higher first instalment.

The reasons why a customer is unable to finalize a purchase with Klarna can be different and, for privacy reasons, cannot be identified by ShopClima.
