The MXZ-F multisplit outdoor units reach the energy class A+++ in cooling and A++ in heating with an operating noise level of up to 4 dB(A) less than the previous model in cooling mode and up to 3 dB(A) in heating: furthermore, by setting the automatic noise reduction mode, it is possible to automatically reduce the noise level of the external unit as the internal loads to be satisfied are reduced, for example, during night-time cooling.
The Kirigamine Zen MSZ-EF wall air conditioners, characterized by a minimal and elegant design, are equipped with a backlit remote control and a Wi-Fi card to offer the experience of using the MELCloud which allows the user to remotely manage all the air conditioning functions. The high energy efficiency is the great advantage of this series of air conditioners: in fact, values of SEER and SCOP are achieved which allow reaching the A+++ energy class in cooling and the A++ class in heating. Furthermore, thanks to the silver ion air purifying filter (supplied), these units are able to guarantee clean and healthy air.

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace as soon as possible those parts or products that prove defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or failures caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or purposes of use, fortuitous events or major force.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
