The Butler web server is the system developed by Innova that allows the local and remote management of an entire winter and summer air conditioning system. This accessory allows the connection, via a serial network, of the heat pump, controlled mechanical ventilation, fan coils and all the elements of the system such as a radiant system. Complete, simple and intuitive at the same time, with Butler it is possible to set a weekly calendar with time slots, create zone scenarios, change the settings so that the house is at the right level of comfort when needed.

Two versions are available: Butler Pro and Butler Pro Touch.
The Butler Pro allows the setting and viewing of the system from your smartphone or tablet via an internet connection. Installation takes place on a 35 mm DIN bar in the electrical panel of the heat pump or in the general electrical panel of the house.
The Butler Pro Touch, on the other hand, allows the system to be set up and viewed both via the integrated 10" touch screen display and remotely from your smartphone or tablet via an internet connection. It must be installed flush-mounted on the wall (the pre-installation box is supplied separately).

This is the list of its main functions:
- Supervision and control in a local network or remotely. The system can be managed from a smartphone, tablet or computer;
- Personalised summer and winter programming. Different programming can be used for each season;
- Setting of three temperature levels. 3 different working temperatures can be selected for each room or zone (changeable at any time);
- Weekly time programming. Different operating times can be set for each room.
- Network interface like that of PCs. Once the bus network between the heat pump and fan coil has been created, the connection with the web server is the same as that of a normal computer.
- Remote assistance. With the user's consent, Butler can automatically enter the Innova cloud for diagnostics and assistance if necessary.

Both Butler Pro and Butler Pro Touch, equipped with 3 RS485 ports and an Ethernet port, manage the 2-pipe system for the comfort of a single home. These are the integrated functions:
- control of up to 10 independent climate zones and 31 elements;
- management of the STØNE, 3in1 Mono, eHPoca, eHPoca GEO WW, 3in1 GEO WW Incasso, 2.0 and WLHP series heat pumps;
- management of the HRP DOMO, HRP DOMO SMALL, HRW, HRN+, HRC+ series air renewal units;
- management of the AirLeaf, >OSMO<, FÄRNA, Filomuro Slim Fit, Filomuro Slim Fit XL, Filomuro Incasso, Filoterra, DUCTO, DUCTO THIN, DUCTO MULTI and DUCTO MULTI THIN series fan coil units;
- management of the radiant system and radiators (via MZS accessory);
- room temperature control;
- summer and winter climate control;
- daily and weekly time programming of individual zones;
- regulation and programming of air renewal and purification;
- regulation and programming of domestic hot water production (DHW);
- customizable comfort profiles (for example, temperature and fan speed);
- display of heat pump consumption (via Energy Monitor accessory);
- remote management via APP;
- remote service management for displaying and modifying functional parameters;
- Smart Grid function.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.

The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer

The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
