HiddenCo's Multi-Split direct expansion water/air air conditioning systems, ideal for residential and commercial applications, are characterized by the absence of the outdoor unit, which makes these systems the perfect solution in case of installation restrictions on building facades or in the absence of balconies and terraces, and for the performance which, unlike traditional air/air direct expansion systems which are affected by summer heat peaks or harsh winter temperatures, is always optimal.

These units guarantee maximum comfort and maximum energy savings thanks to the compressor equipped with DC Inverter and the "water saving device" installed as standard. The Multi-Split units are equipped with 2, 3, 4 and 5 connections (depending on the model) for as many evaporating units (wall splits, 4-way 60x60 cassettes, floor consoles, ceiling units and ducted units) and reach all energy class A++ in cooling and energy class A+ in heating.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.

The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer

The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
