The Compact Altherma 4 H ECH2O indoor units, for heating and cooling, are available with an integrated 300 or 500 litre thermal accumulator (for instantaneous domestic hot water), in the DB (Drain Back) version that can be combined with non-pressurised solar systems and in the BIV (bivalent) version for combination with additional generators or pressurised solar systems. The tanks, whose heat dispersion is reduced to a minimum thanks to the high-quality insulation, do not require thermal disinfection against legionella and do not require maintenance: Daikin guarantees, in fact, the total absence of corrosion, encrustations and limescale or bacterial deposits, in addition to the disappearance of water leaks at the safety valve.
These units, equipped with a WLAN card for remote connection via the Onecta app, are equipped with a 5" touchscreen MMI display, circulator, system / DHW diverter valve and integrated 9 kW backup heater with 1 kW steps.
Maximum use of renewable energy for exceptional comfort: these units use heat pump technology for heating and solar integration for space heating and for the production of domestic hot water (DHW).

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
