The range of 30RQ R AquaSnap^® scroll air/water heat pumps has been designed for commercial applications, i.e. for air conditioning in offices, clinics and hotels, or industrial, such as low temperature process units. These units, characterized by a compact design and quiet operation, guarantee variable water flow and partial heat recovery.

Quiet operation is ensured by low-noise scroll compressors (installed on an independent chassis and supported by anti-vibration mounts), vertical condenser coils and 6th generation low-noise Flyng Bird™ VI fans. The installation of these units, thanks to the reduced dimensions and the easily removable panels, is quick and easy. Their operation is, among other things, economical and environmentally friendly thanks to the greater energy efficiency at part load, the reduced maintenance costs and the R32 refrigerant which is not harmful to the ozone layer: these advantages are ensured by the heat exchangers Novation^® aluminum microchannel heat. In addition, the innovative concept combined with the self-adaptive adjustment and extremely strict durability tests guarantee the highest levels of reliability.

Finally, the 30RQ R series, in addition to remote management, offers the possibility of controlling the units through the SmartVu™ which allows management, maintenance and integration of advanced functions.

The 30RQ R AquaSnap^® Reversible series, Eurovent certified, has the first start-up for the activation of the guarantee included in the price.

The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.

The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer

The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
